Yes, I do the same. I haven't done business with Amazon for a year now because they double charged me for Prime for 6 months straight and wouldn't fix it, and denied it happened...

I have never used Amazon...

The Chinese version Taobao has been decent to us... But they were recently fined for trying to monopolize the market... Not sure what the future holds for them...

As should Amazon be fined. It's why they think they don't have to treat customers well, I think. Ah, well, maybe someday. In the meantime, I can get the things I used to buy from Amazon (primarily books) locally.😁
