Does anyone remember Max? I mean in the past. He was a satirical science fiction character controlled by networks. He stuttered now and then and wawawaonce in while, went off sssssscript. This also describes Creepy Joe Biden, today's version of Max. The difference is Max was fictional, sadly Biden isn't. He's despicable, h**eful and cruel.
