Hey Texans want to earn a few thousand and stick it to the man in the process? You can now sue anyone who knowingly assists a woman who intends to terminate an unwanted pregnancy, they can’t sue you back and you can’t be held responsible for their attorneys fees. So here is the game, a woman seeking an a******n go’s to Walmart for tires for her car and mentions to the guy at the counter she needs the car fixed to head to planned parenthood in New Mexico. When she gets her car with the new tires, you can sue Walmart for “aiding and abetting” her in seeking an a******n! Think about it, suits can be filed against Southwest Airlines for flying a women seeking to terminate a pregnancy to a free state for the procedure. All you need to do to sue them is testify that an agent of southwest was aware of the purpose of her trip! Anyone can be on the hook according to the Texas Talibans version of shiria law! Women desiring to terminate a pregnancy can help their friends by going after deep pocket Texas businesses and then recover the cost put upon them by this nonsense law! They can even make a profit beyond that. It is likely some women will deliberately get pregnant just to get a******ns and cash in on this windfall.

Also the tire salesman. The wth sure that collects this private data is under attack by trolls. Their sending the most unimaginable images. I read this site is hosted by "go daddy" and they (the Texas information gatherers, I don't want to advertise their web site) are violating the terms of service because they collecting private personal information. I wonder how HIPPA compliance comes into play? Going to enrich a lot of attorneys.

Does the law include the ability of the woman who is seeking an a******n have the ability to sue her lover for his participation in the event? DNA evidence should win that case.

Another Pandora's Box we're opening.

Think beyond the moment.. what if this law was written for something else..
How about the model of this law was used to write some anti-gun law. would you be saying the same things about the acts of the general public toward any infraction of the individuals who somehow aided the infraction of that law..
The way this law is put together is the issue for me. Much more so than the law itself. outrageous as that is..

Yes and this coming from the party of "small government" HA, until they want to steam roll over people to get what they want. Steam roll over them with bias courts and if the courts don't comply, attack the them.

Just so they can protect the innocent. Terrible.

Innocent embryo's? Is the government in the business of growing embryo's? If this were a man's issue, it would never have been an issue. How many have walked away {after} they're born? This will never be resolved this way, only done by raising consciousness, and or helping women raise them with better and equal pay.

Just like the left does. Two sides of the same coin with few admitting it.

It's very easy to avoid, don't get pregnant if you care not to have a child.
Starting with no, or using any of the protection options.
The result, no more squawking about a******ns.

It is easier to avoid getting pregnant if you are a man. The Pro-Life movement isn't about "the sanctity of life" at all. It's merely a strategy for conservative right-wingers to maintain and most importantly, grow their power. Ask them about the need for vax and mask mandates during this p******c, they begin shouting: "My Body, My Choice."

Baloney. What you forget is there is an innocent life that is k**led mostly for convenience. There is no comparison between anti a******n and choosing not to get a shot
Wise up. Both parties want power. Neither cares about you.

Both women and men have the right to choose not to get the v*****e. The man will never be presented with the choice of whether or not to get an a******n. That choice is reserved for women alone to make. That choice is also protected by the Constitution.
