The first bombing was reported around 10:00 a.m. EDT ... he spoke a little after 5:00 p.m. EDT. It took seven hours to come up with THAT .... ???? Rambling, disjointed speech. Bringing up his dead son again, who had nothing to do with any of this. Again, taking "fundamental" responsibility but tried to blame Trump, which made him look really small, quite frankly .. and defensive. Not a leader. Huh-uh.
