The law suits will be interesting! They can play with language and call the jab a v*****e but it won’t withstand legally and prior rulings by the Supremes will not be applicable. Just my take.

Don’t think so…. As I read …the liability protection is only for pharmaceutical companies……companies can be sued for damages until FDA approved.

This is a legal nightmare for companies….. employers can’t ask about aids. And if they know someone is HIV positive they can’t tell employees or warn them. There are all kinds of health privacy issues and lots of training for government Managers on these issues….. Get that popcorn … going to get interesting! As usual the left never thinks it forward.

Agree. But the question is what happens AFTER FDA approval....that is what is about to happen. Apprently as soon as Monday.

Once the FDA approves it, things will start to become more and more difficult for the unv******ted. We won't be able to do anything without the passport card. Food shopping, (even online food shopping - they will ask for a number), renting an apartment, getting a loan. Credit cards will not work. Cash won't be accepted. That's what I'm hearing will happen.

People who are v******ted will become "superior" to those who are not. They will be accepted. Approved. Will be given things like more stimulus money that the unv******ted will not qualify for. Medical help will be denied. The "hardship" will end in us needing to make a choice between living that way and it getting worse or dying.

I can tell you this much....I will be one of the ones who opts for dying before being forced. It is that important to me.

Thanks, needed that! My two best friends called this week to tell me they did stupid….. Feel like I failed. They are smart ….. there is nothing I want more than to say NO to the jab…. If I have to pay a price …. At least I hope I can stand in front of GOD and say I didn’t cave…..

I have not had the jab. What I have had is C***d, and have the blood tests to prove it. I don't need the v*****e, the v*****e needs me. That's why the local blood bank offered me nearly $100 per pint for my plasma. I have a question though, regarding the boneheads at the FDA.....
I have been diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis. I am denied the opportunity to take an experimental drug which has been shown to stop this incurable disease in it's tracks. You see, it hasn't been FDA approved yet, apparently no one has greased the proper bureaucratic palm. Why is it that an experimental v*****e for a disease with a less than one percent mortality rate is being marketed so aggressively, and a drug to cure a disease with a one hundred percent mortality rate is being stonewalled?
