As far as I am concerned it is way past time that our military/National Guard be given Martial powers to not only arrest the i******s coming across but that both the Boarder Patrol and the National be given solid Rules of engagement to engage and fight the various cartels. When I ,say solid ROE's, I am talking about full fledged power against power. Currently our Boarder Patrol and what ever National Guard troops that may be there are at a significant disadvantage as there might be civilian casualties if there were to be a fire fight. Enough of the pussy footing around. They being the i******s do not give a good damn about our own laws or private property nor do the cartels. It is time to bring the hurt on them.

The other thing that needs doing is issue military weapons to land owners who live on the border, then provide proper training and guidance to shoot to k**l any trespassers.
Possibly not an excellent idea, but I like it.
