Same here, if you make a conscious decision not to get v******ted you are not worthy of using emergency resources that could be saving someone who is.

Yes it's your choice not to get v******ted, but do that knowing that you have a chance of dying because emergency life saving options may not be available to you. Know that or post a bond or get supplemental insurance...but decisions have consequences.
