Oops! I forgot that it was an Amendment! I DID read that there was someone in Congress pushing to change it. It would be extremely difficult though.
With all the scandals now, Obama might have a harder time declaring Martial Law. Even the media is pushing back, now that the AP was targeted.

Alan Keys is SPOT ON correct. The C*******t Muslim SPY pretending to be an American citizen is planning to take total and complete power using force of arms. Obama is responsible for the ammo shortages using tax payer money to do it.
Obama is directing the IRS, DHS and any other alphabet organizations to prepare the way for his terrorist troops to strike. All this is to identify and target loyal American citizens.

He can declare martial law anytime because of one of his Executive Orders. He may not get by with it but he can do it.
There is no way that he can get an amendment approved soon enough to get his 3rd term. I just don't see 3/4 of the Stare legislatures v****g for an amendment like that.
