Is there anyone with a serious reason why not to do this?

Harry Reid won't even think about putting it out for a Senate v**e, 'cause it wasn't his idea.

The reason he won't allow a v**e is that it's e******n time, and Democrats would have a hard time explaining a pro-terrorist v**e to their constituents.

So a "no brainer" becomes a sensation? Boy! We have REALLY lowered the bar on what constitutes exceptional leadership. GEEZ! The State Department has ALWAYS had the authority to revoke the visas of any American. Without a visa, your citizenship is meaningless. So why all the hoohah? Oh, that's right. I forgot, it's an e******n year! Any kind of goofy, unnecessary legislation that gets you in the spotlight is perfectly acceptable. I'm just disappointed that so many smart people fall for that grandstanding BS.

I'm just asking, but is it legal to strip citizenship of an American without a trial? This from people that doesn't want the same people k**led by a drone strike when they are actively fighting us on a battlefield, with a trial.

Enemies are on the other side of the battlefield. Who care's what citizenship they claim? If you go to war with us, the consequences are on you, so, if an American gets k**led fighting his own country - too bad.

They lose their passport with their citizenship, and it would make them sneak into the country instead of allowing them to travel freely.

Granted, that's not much of a hindrance, but it's better than nothing.
