Buried on page 508 of the 2,702 page infrastructure bill

The pilot program is set up “to test the design, acceptance, implementation, and financial sustainability of a national motor vehicle per-mile user fee, to address the need for additional revenue for surface t***sportation infrastructure and a national motor vehicle per-mile user fee” and “to provide recommendations relating to the adoption and implementation of a national motor vehicle per-mile user fee,” the bill says.
On Page 513, the proposal says that the “Secretary of the Treasury shall establish, on an annual basis, per-mile user fees for passenger motor vehicles, light trucks, and medium- and heavy-duty trucks.”
In theory, these per-mile user fees would vary by vehicle contingent upon several factors,
including — you guessed it — environmental impact.
Remember this is a pilot program. Just the embers of what will eventually become a conf**gration. The seed has been planted and it will grow up to be like Kudzu.
Many Democrat legislatures will get rich as will their elite buddies at the expense of the American people.
19 Republicans supported the infrastructure bill because the Democrats threw out a few morsels so they could boast about some projects they had won for their states. Record the names of these Rino’s and v**e them out in any upcoming primaries. All Democrats must go as well.
This is a sad day for middle class America!

They won’t get rich because people like my family won’t stand for it. We’ve already had more than enough. Biden has pushed us to the edge. Biden or whoever is running him.
Trump wasn’t given 6 months, in fact, he had Pied Piper and the rats after him before he was even elected. It’s ridiculous for us to allow the Democrats to get away with this.
I thought there were enough patriotic Democrats to help us stop the radicals. Apparently I was wrong...again.

I don't know if you guys are familiar with a Cliff High. He is quite an interesting character. He has some very interesting comments and opinions on where things are heading over the next several weeks. I think it will be well worth your time to watch this. It is an hour and a half long, so allow time! Allow him to explain what he refers to as Woo, and Over-Woo before you dismiss what he has to say.

You have a problem with the people using the roads the most paying more for their maintenance?
Typical anticipated response from left wing socialist “Wood Screw You!”

This is another provocation that could explode into a full confrontation between the states and federal government. Two others, the border situation and mask mandates, could also. There are probably others.
I just read that (Paul?) Niskanen, among Pres. Ronald Reagan's Council of Economic Advisors, once testified that most of federal spending is unconstitutional. My estimate is 95%.

Oh, I see. They're getting all those bills, that the American public h**ed, passed via this one so-called "Infrastructure" bill.
They have prostituted the system. Senator Mansion’s wife got $1Billion in Federal money for one of her programs. Perhaps that helped to sway Mansion who people think is a moderate to join the Democrats in v****g for this bill. As many times as this guy screws his constituents, they continue to v**e for him. He supported Hillary Clinton who wanted to shut down the coal industry. His mouth has two sides and as a Democrat politician, he uses both sides very well.

Once they get well, and she did say they're both improving, they won't need the v******tion because they'll already have the anti-bodies.

Not so fast. There are multiple cases where the person was proved to have had C***d and/or the v*****e & then, later, had NO antibodies. Plus, until the wave of mothers who had the v*****e and did not know they were pregnant give birth to their babies, we will not know how safe it really is.
There are multiple other considerations.
