So you know what's in this bill. I doubt it since your head is where the sun doesn't shine.

It's what they are getting for their home states, things like bridges, roads, jobs...you know, the things that have been withheld for way too long.

Yeah, they are such sellouts. These are the things that are not the federal government's responsibility. Like paying off student loans even though a person makes more money with a college degree than one without. Let's make the poor pay for them. What's next pay for cellphones. Oh, wait, Obama did this. How about taking over my mortgage payment because I need a place to live. While they're at it the government should buy me a new truck so I can work. That's building for the future with people infrastructure. Where does it end with these Marxists? They want big brother to provide everything from cradle to grave. Is that what you want?

So that you Marxists who have sold your soul to the godless cretin elites who use you as their useful i***ts. Biden is an imbecile. Always has been, and r****t too. Name one thing you lefties think he has done in his career in government that was beneficial to anyone but himself or his crime syndicate family.

Trump had your number and spoiled your plans for UTOPIA. More and more people have caught on to what you really want to do and they are not going to take it lightly.

Oh calm down , there’s still plenty of time for them to collect Enough Cash to say no to the Final Bill.
Relax !
They’re not new at this.

Neither are the Democrats. We heard this all before. When a person can remain cool, calm, and collected with all the turmoil going on around them, then they don't understand the gravity of the situation. The i***ts who v**ed for Biden are increasing everyone's taxes, creating inflation, and then the Democrats promise to fix the problems they created in the first place.

They had nine senate republicans who were working on the bill...my guess is with fairly comprehensive input from fellow republicans as to the makeup of the bill. They did not v**e for this in anywhere near the blind vacuum the tax cut bill was jammed through and v**ed for.

What a dumb remark. Tax cuts are just that, a cut. It doesn't take much to analyze where cuts should occur and few people are against tax cuts. Tax increases, on the other hand, should be debated and carefully made because it is difficult to remove a tax once in place. I've never seen a democrat who didn't meet a tax they didn't like. It's other people's money, after all. They can just print more. It won't affect them and their rich donors; the Big Tech oligarchs, g*******ts, and socialist such as Soros. Are you actually dumb or just ignorant and uninformed?

Eighteen Senate Republicans sold out to Senate Democrats, with 17 of them v****g Wednesday night to advance a $1.2 trillion Democrat “infrastructure” bill and another signaling he would.

The Senate v**ed to invoke cloture, or advance, H.R. 3684, the legislative vehicle for the $1.2 trillion infrastructure bill. The v**e featured Republican and Democrat support for the bill. The Senate v**ed 67-32 to invoke cloture on the bill, with seventeen Republicans in favor of invoking cloture on the bill.

All of them v**ed for this procedural v**e without reading the bill—because it would have been impossible for them to read a bill that does not yet exist. The bill has still not been written despite months of negotiations.

The Senate Republicans who v**ed for the Democrat $1.2 trillion bill include:

Roy Blunt (R-MO)
Richard Burr (R-NC)
Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV)
Bill Cassidy (R-LA)
Mike Crapo (R-ID)
Lindsey Graham (R-SC)
Mitch McConnell (R-KY)
Lisa Murkowski (R-AK)
Rob Portman (R-OH)
Jim Risch (R-ID)
Mitt Romney (R-UT)
Thom Tillis (R-NC)
Todd Young (R-IN)
Chuck Grassley (R-IA)
John Hoeven (R-ND)
Kevin Cramer (R-ND)
Susan Collins (R-ME)
Sen. Mike Rounds (R-SD) was absent but signaled that he would have v**ed yes to advance the legislation.

These Senate Republicans v**ed to advance the bill even though lawmakers have not yet drafted a physical bill.

Sen. Jerry Moran (R-KS), who is up for ree******n in Kansas, v**ed against the legislation.

Senate Republicans blocked the legislation last week because lawmakers did not yet have a draft or an agreement on the legislation. Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) announced Wednesday morning that the chamber could v**e on the bill after the bipartisan group made significant progress on the bill.

Nine Senate Republicans have continued to negotiate with Senate Democrats and President Joe Biden’s administration on a $1.2 trillion bill that would grant Biden his second significant legislative victory after he passed his $1.9 trillion c****av***s package. The legislation could also likely lead to the passage of the Democrats’ $3.5 trillion reconciliation package, which includes c*****e c****e carveouts, boosted welfare benefits, and tax cuts for wealthy, mostly Democrat states.

Sens. Rick Scott (R-FL), Mike Lee (R-UT), Ron Johnson (R-WI), Ted Cruz (R-TX), Josh Hawley (R-MO), Marsha Blackburn (R-TN), and Mike Braun (R-IN) said they could not v**e to advance the bill, believing that they could not add more debt the nation’s $30 trillion deficit. The Senate conservatives said:

Congress can’t keep spending trillions of dollars we don’t have. The infrastructure package announced today continues the trend in Congress of insane deficit spending. Let’s not forget, this is just the first step in the Democrats’ plan to pass their $5.5 trillion tax and spend liberal wish list. Our nation is facing a nearly $30 TRILLION federal debt crisis. There are real infrastructure needs across the country. But, with growing inflation and many families struggling to financially recover from the events of the last year, it is not wise to throw fuel on the fire that is the raging inflation crisis and labor shortage we are seeing across America.

Needless to say, we will not support this legislation.

Although the $1.2 trillion bill contains provisions that would revitalize America’s roads and bridges, it also contains line items that serve as l*****t victories, including:

$73 billion for clean energy t***smission. The Biden administration lauded this as the “single latest investment” in American history.
$21 billion to invest in “environmental remediation,” to address racial alleged disparities in environmental pollution.
$50 billion in western water infrastructure revitalization; the Biden administration said that “people of color are more likely to live in areas most vulnerable to flooding and other c*****e c****e-related weather events.
$2.5 billion to develop zero-emission buses, $2.5 billion for low emission buses, $2.5 billion for ferries.
$7.5 billion to help develop plug-in electric vehicles.
$66 billion to invest to address Amtrak’s maintenance backlog; Amtrak has a history of being unprofitable.
Biden’s White House claimed that the bill would help tackle “the climate crisis, and growing the economy sustainably and equitably for decades to come.”

The nine Senate Republicans that served on the bipartisan infrastructure working group, spending endless days and nights working with Senate Democrats and Biden to pass the bill include:

Richard Burr (R-NC)
Bill Cassidy (R-LA)
Susan Collins (R-ME)
Lindsey Graham (R-SC)
Lisa Murkowski (R-AK)
Rob Portman (R-OH)
Mitt Romney (R-UT
Mike Rounds (R-SD)
Thom Tillis (R-NC)
Johnson told Breitbart News in an exclusive interview last week that Senate Republicans that cooperated with Democrats on infrastructure would only be “complicit” in enabling the Democrats’ l*****t agenda.

Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC) said he had to v**e no on advancing the bill because lawmakers have yet to draft legislative text:

Maya MacGuineas, the president of the Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget, said in a statement Wednesday that they are “deeply concerned” that the legislation is not fully paid for and contains many budget “gimmicks” to make it appear less expensive.

“It also relies on several phony offsets that will save little or no money. This includes taking credit for savings that have already occurred and reviving budget gimmicks like pension smoothing,” MacGuineas said.

Former President Donald Trump trashed Senate Republicans for dealing with the “so-called bipartisan” bill. He said:

Hard to believe our Senate Republicans are dealing with the Radical Left Democrats in making a so-called bipartisan bill on “infrastructure,” with our negotiators headed up by SUPER RINO Mitt Romney. This will be a victory for the Biden Administration and Democrats, and will be heavily used in the 2022 e******n. It is a loser for the USA, a terrible deal, and makes the Republicans look weak, foolish, and dumb. It shouldn’t be done. It sets an easy glidepath for Dems to then get beyond what anyone thought was possible in future legislation. It will be a continued destruction of our Country. Our Borders are horrible, crime is at an all time high, taxes and inflation are going way up, the economy is going way down, and now this.

He added, “Don’t do it Republicans—Patriots will never forget! If this deal happens, lots of primaries will be coming your way!”

That roster on names....{ so-called Republicans}, are fiscally irresponsible, & not a credit to "ANY POLITICAL
PARTY"!

The republican party leadership, should strike them off the political funding program....& allow them to dissolve into the ranks of oblivion, where they have earned that right!

As I recall, VP Joe Biden was put in charge of Obama's $900B stimulus package for shovel ready infrastructure jobs. Come on, man.

It's the way it works, get the funds to fix roads and bridges and advocate for effective oversight is you don't like the way government contracts are out of hand. government policies have systematically gutted oversight that could save a lot of money.

Pay attention there, we are dealing with it, the DOJ is opening doors to prosecutions that the trump DOJ was defending him against...trump is having jaws nightmares as the justice system gets closer and closer to locking him up.

...And if you can't see the irony of mr lock them up himself being prosecuted for violating the laws he has never respected, you have no sense of humor or justice

You just had to ruin it…. Didn’t ya!!!! Maybe I am short on the humor thing but I have a strong sense of Justice. If I saw any evidence of Trump being vulnerable to prosecution…. I would say…. There is No There …. There!! Move on. However he was a business tycoon….. they all play loose. So I never said he was picture perfect…. And neither is Slo Joe….. the difference is Joe lived on the T/P dime….. and used his position for personal gain for himself and his family!!!!! You and the left won’t be happy until you see this country burning!!!!
