LittleWoody, you must be talking about inner city Democrats, most of Whom are on welfare and are dumb as rocks, not to insult rocks. Most of them probably don't know what a Constitution is. Civics isn't all about politics, it's also about how and why the elected government works. Sounds like you might not be able to pass the test.
