Just like Florida. They were trying to blame the building that just crumbled on, you got it. C*****e c****e. Said water was rising. The t***h is the building was sinking. We are building right on the beach here in Florida. When we have huge storms damage that wouldn’t have been a problem just twenty years ago is now prevalent. Build at the base of a volcano don’t be surprised if you get warm.

I got the impression from the vid that Germans, up until a few decades ago knew better than to build in that particular place...probably 1000 years ago someone's little town was swept away.
