This is not news to anyone, but still latest polls are not good news for republicans.

And this information from a far right site indicates that all is not good in gopville, no matter how fox and some of the very crazy and obnoxious who cut and paste and post crap here try to spin it.

I have a win-win coming up in the 2014 e******ns. Either the Dems keep the senate, a win for me. Or, better yet, the Repubs get the senate, pass the crap that they do and then get v**ed out in 2016.
O.k. not really a win-win, more like a shrug-shrug.

skott-relax. Even if the republicans win the Senate, which I hope they will do, it only means that they can rein- in spending. Obama will veto anything they pass that he does not like unless there is overwhelming support by the American people for the republican position. The Senate, under Harry Reid, has been inert for two years and Harry will not bring up anything for a v**e unless it originated with democrats. There are several bills being pigeon holed by the senile old man from Nevada and it is time for him to go. Unless Obama and the democrats are slowed down, our National Debt will be over 20 trillion by the time Obama leaves office. Ironically, democrats love big government and big programs to keep the citizenry beholden to them. Even you liberals must realize that when your outgo exceeds your income your upkeep will be your downfall. What is it about broke that you big spenders do not understand ? Do we wait until the coffers are completely empty, the printing presses silent, and the lenders are sitting on the sidelines, before we act to get our fiscal house in order ? That appears to be the democrat modus operandi as not a single democrat now serving in congress has ever proposed a balanced budget or paying down the debt. It is always, new programs, spend, spend, spend like a child in a candy store. Sooner or later, you liberals will run out of other people's money. Good Luck America !!!

Polls are polar, that is it depends on the person asking the question (tone, wording, and so on), it also depends on the person being asked (that is where they live, their income, and so on). What I am saying is a poll taken in Beverly Hills will be quite different than one taken in Hinton, West Virginia. Polling people is propaganda. There are millions of v**ers who will v**e for the person that the polls say in late October is "winning." Pure and simple, you can manipulate a poll to show any conclusion that you want.

I am not much into u tube as a source, but I did find one that speaks openly about polls; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TucudmXEoCQ
This is an audio only, is not selling a political biased, it was presented by John Birch Society.

Two words that should NEVER be used together in a sentence: Career Politician

That's why you cannot trust Republicans OR Democrats. Anyone who thinks Reps are good/Dems are bad or vice versa is a fool and most thoroughly brainwashed.

Dr. Ben Carson is my hope for America. He's not a politician, so he gets my v**e...whether he runs or not!

The polls say the GOP will:
Pick up 6-7 Senate seats, gaining a majority
Pick up a few House seats growing their majority to about 48-50 seats
Break even to pick up 1-2 Governorships holding about 8-10 Governorship majority

Now.. If the GOP was trusted like the Democrats, would they do better or worse?

Imagine just how bad would Democrats get their asses kicked this November if the MSM wasn't covering for them.

Hooray!!! Someone else is finally mentioning Carson! He has been travelling the country on tour promoting his book "One Nation" which is fabulous. He is one class, principled guy who could really turn America around if given the chance; would LOVE to see him debate the Dem candidates like Hilllary, Warren etc. America, check out his books and speeches.

And I welcome a republican president in 2016. It will great fun to mock, ridicule, besmirch, demean, and laugh at everything the poor sap will try to do.

Because it will be the same old tried and proven to fail conservative policies.

For example conservatives and republicans constantly claim the ridiculus assertion that tax cuts create jobs, except it didn't und bush. Instead hundreds of thousands of jobs were lost, and it has taken years to get back to the number of jobs in 2007.

So elect a conservative republican and let the country fail.
Again.

And that will just about guarantee that the republicans will never win a national e******n again.

No matter which end of the political spectrum you occupy it can be said that the Progressives failed, the Democrats failed, the Republicans failed...apparently what we've been doing is not working for us. So, tell me exactly why we continue to do the same thing over and over again expecting different results.

We really need to learn from history and do things differently.

A debate with Elizabeth Warren would be no contest. Elizabeth is a populist that stands on the side of those who have been getting screwed by the Conservative free market economic policies of the of the last 30-35 years

No need to be so bitter and miserable.

It's not just Conservatives that know tax cuts bring jobs. Have you seen the NY ads that promise no taxes for years if you open a business there? You think they might be onto something?

I have run the same business for over 1/4 century. That's mean I have over 25 years more experience in running a business than the vast majority of the people in the Obama admin combined.

Have you ever signed the front of a paycheck? If you had, chances are you'd understand how taxes destroy jobs... But let me make it simple. The money I pay in taxes is money I cannot spend on inventory, employees, benefits, or on expansion... There, does that help?
