Systemic violent crime in our inner cities, especially in minority neighborhoods, apparently is not considered a problem by the democrat city politicians because it can't be claimed as r****t. Unless of course it's the police who are trying to deal with it.

I'm from Chicago so I hear more news from here. I know Baltimore, Detroit, Philadelphia, San Franciso, LA and many others are in the same boat. All run by Democrats.
