Well, what it resulted in was cutting police funding in many big cities, resulting in massive loss of police and police recruits, resulting in increased crime across the land. No matter what it meant, that is what happened. It is just like CRT. It might have some deep meaning if understood properly, but it results in racial tension and animosity across the races.
