Exactly what did happen, nothing. Vice Perpetrator Harris is at the border to deflect, excuse, distract, and divert attention from the self inflicted Joe Biden border disaster.
She cannot fix the problem for three reasons. First she does not have the authority. Second she does not believe in reversing the Biden Administration's policies that caused the disaster. Third she does not have the brains to engineer a reversal.
