The NEA was a Carter creation. It needs to go!
In the meantime, parents need to oust their s**tty school boards and take their kids out of s**tty public schools and put them elsewhere, effectively defunding the public school system, since we're not getting what we pay for.
Then put the screws to teacher's unions and the NEA.
Trump said, "The money needs to follow the child" and that simplifies the issue greatly, I think.
