While President Obama has no strategy for addressing ISIS, the terrorist organization has been meticulously plotting its actions every step of the way. A former ISIS fighter told CNN that the main goal of the Islamic State is to infiltrate the Arab world, and then proceed into other countries.
News reports have shown that already Americans have been aiding the terrorist organization. Moner Mohammad Abusalha (Florida), Abdirahmaan Muhumed (Minnesota), and a 19-year-old woman are among the U.S. citizens who have been confirmed t*****rs.
The ISIS defector told CNN, this gradual infiltration is precisely the groups plan:
Since western fighters joined ISIS they consider their home country as infidels. If they have a chance, they will carry out attacks because they think of it as an infidel country, and it should be fought.
It is possible that the goal was to project the image that a European or a Western person executed an American, so that they can showcase their western members and appeal to members outside Syria and make them feel like they belong to the same cause.
The former insurgent reportedly left ISIS only two weeks ago, claiming that the group was "spreading injustice in the name of justice."
Hear more about the ruthlessness of the group in the full interview below. Warning: it contains some graphic content.

I am glad we have a president who thinks before acting. Saudi Arabia is trying to make fools of us, warning us about ISIS. The t***h is they are scared, but they want us to fight the battle for them, while they sit on the sidelines. We are not the worlds policeman. The countries at risk need to invest in their own security.

Thank you for a logical answer.
Americans had and still have to find our own solutions for our own problems.
Why do some people feel that we need to intervene in other countries problems?
Those among us that are preoccupied for other countries' problems should sell their homes, put all their business in order and move to those countries to actively get involved in the search for the solution. That is the best way to help, otherwise by talking and trying to convince the rest of us about your ideas you are wasting valuable time you could be using in those countries to help them in solving their problems.
Exactly! Even though the ISIS threat has been turned into an e******n year battle ground, it IS a real threat. That means some real world solutions must be found and the "running mouths" don't have any. You are correct that not all problems are ours to deal with all by ourselves.
Regardless of what failures may be attributed to President Obama, trying to build an international coalition to deal with ISIS - is not one of them.
You are also correct in your assessment of Saudi Arabia's motives. The King and his 1000 princes and princesses would be k**led, if ISIS invades their country, but they don't want to be SEEN as being against a jihad. That would put a dent I their terrorist money laundering business.

Yes, thanks to both of you for explaining the reasons for the current situation.
The only other factor behind this mess is the outrageous amounts of profit that any war generates without any personal effort required from those few who rake the money.
We don't HAVE a president!! We have a golf-playing, chicken-hearted, Martha's Vineyard-vacationing phony, Muslim-loving illegal OCCUPYING the White House. He's not being cautious--he's batting for the OTHER TEAM!!!!!

Do you REALLY think ISIS is NOT our problem?? Did you not see 2 Americans beheaded on Global TV? They're streaming across what used to be our Southern border. How long do you think it will be before they start performing beheadings right here--on American soil??!! Don't be so naïve--we're in it whether we want to be or not!! Thanks to globalism, and a party that doesn't want to protect our borders, NOBODY'S out of danger!

I was wondering where all the i***ts were hiding out today, and then you showed up, right on cue.

Do you know how typical that response is? Debate and reason have no place in the uninformed, liberal, progressive mind. Just insults and name-calling. I show up whenever the subject is freedom and the Constitution, so deal with it on an adult level!
Who thinks? About what? Not a word out of Obama until now but he has been briefed over a year on ISIS. The Kurdish can handle most of the ground work but they still wait for supply help which Obama promised 6 months ago.

Did you do the effort to v**e in the last e******n?
Even if you did and v**ed for the other candidate you live in a country where you have the obligation by law to respect the candidate elected by the majority.
That is the reason that, YES we have a president. If you are so disgusted by our political system move to another country. Good Luck!

How often do you read something that does not have the word ISIS in it?
There are many interesting books in the library. And they are free. And if you live in an area with bad weather, libraries have air conditioning and comfortable chairs! And a water fountain.

If the photo you use is your own I can understand why you are always so upset!

Things tend to grow with the right marketing, and ISIS has benefitted from social media to grow its ranks among the young and ignorant.
