Floyd Brown elicited my respect because of his lack of guile, his abundance of sincerity, his awkwardness with English, and his respect for me, and everyone on OPP. I rarely agreed with Mr. Floyd Brown, but he was enjoyable.

In travels to include meeting OPPers, I have had the pleasure of enjoying time with (to name a few) Archie Bunker, AuntiE, SmedleyBuzzk**l, WeeWillyBillynobeerspilly, PoppaGringo, BigMike and Radiance...among others. Each of the aforementioned are within the realm of conservative ideology as both you and drlarrygino. Each are also good, decent people who just happened to have differences with me. Yet, we got/get along grandly...though BigMike has recently been disappointed with me. How much, I'm not sure. That does not lessen my regard for him or any good person.

However, IMO, you two remind me of an old sayin' we have in Texas..."All hat and no cattle."
