I don't think so, not to any significant degree. And if it did happen, it is easy enough to file complaints of discrimination. Show us your proof. Obviously complaints would support your argument but that is the ongoing effort to end that sort of thing. You obviously want more. Explain what more you want.

So, why didn't she file a discrimination complaint? The means are there for these sorts of things to be challenged, so she needs to do it if she hasn't done it by now.

Document and get witnesses? She took out anything regarding her race and had her white husband stand in for her, then she got the higher valuations. How do you know it wasn't because he's a man? Just as bad, but then . . .

What has that to do with CRT? Do you remember the Sub Prime lending that caused the great recession in 2008? In an attempt to avoid discrimination. Tens of thousands thru the demands of ACORN and other minorities to provide housing mortgages, to low income and with bad credits.

In 2006, democrat Barney Frank at the stupid senate created means allowing that to happen.

That was why it was called Sub-Prime loans.

After few months these millions of unqualified buyers were not able to pay the loans. Waited for a year and it became worst. Banks were bankrupted and had closed. Freddie and Fannie got bankrupted too.

Thus came the federal bail out of $823 billion to the Sub-Prime but did not voer all losses thru corruption. Obama handled the funding. Some of it was bailed out to the Muslim countries to build and rebuild Mosques, and $3.5 billion given to Egypt PM Morsi. Barack also paid thousands of mortgage balance of b****s who were not able to pay their loans. Then Barack issued that stupid policy called "Cash for Clunkers"

Result was further recession. Thousands of local banks closed. All taxpayers suffered.
