I just add that it is not their problem or fault they have so much money.
I fault everyone else who has allowed themselves people to attain such large chunks of wealth at the expense if everyone else.

That last line bothers me. A lot. HOW exactly, do they "attain such large chunks of wealth at the expense of everybody else?"

Again, where do you get the idea that all money comes from society and/or the government, and by what moral authority do YOU, or anyone, get to decide how much is enough of ANYBODY's possessions? What if I were to decide that the home you live in, the car you drive, and the pets you have are TOO MUCH for your needs? So we sell your home, sell your car, sell your pets, move you into an apartment, give you bus tokens, and a gold fish. The proceeds will go to the government, who will decide where to best use it.
