_Yeah, We Dismissed C****-** Lab Leak Theory for Totally Unscientific Reasons, Because of Trump

Nevertheless, they persist in demanding our trust and respect

Since the start of the C****-** p******c, scientists implored the public to trust and abide by their expert opinions. Those who questioned their judgment were denounced as ignorant rubes. By their own admission, however, these expert opinions weren't based on science at all but, rather, on a partisan dislike of Republicans and former president Donald Trump.

Yahoo! News reports that many scientists have finally acknowledged that the so-called lab leak theory (regarding the origin of C****-**) deserves to be taken seriously and investigated further. It's a rather infuriating development, given the sanctimonious fashion in which numerous scientists, journalists, and Democratic politicians rejected it as a r****t "conspiracy theory."

Furthermore, the scientists are basically admitting that their previous efforts to dismiss the theory weren't based on any scientific evidence. They just didn't want to admit that Donald Trump and other Republicans who called for further investigation into the lab leak theory might have been onto something.

And while public discussion of a potential lab leak has shifted significantly in recent months, as more people pay attention to a theory that was originally promulgated by former president Donald Trump and his followers, the scientific evidence has remained unchanged, according to interviews with five virologists who have experience in microbiology, infectious disease ecology and v***l evolution.

The researchers offered near-uniform summations that few conclusions can be drawn based on the available scientific evidence, but they noted that the context and circumstances of the origin debate have changed, particularly as critics point out that China hasn't been fully t***sparent about the earliest days of the p******c.

The shift reflects how some scientists who previously avoided the topic, or were quick to dismiss it, are grappling with enduring uncertainties about the v***s's origin, free from the politicization that clouded such discussions during the Trump administration.

The New York Times published a similar story in the fall of 2020, in which scientists admitted that their expert proclamations—regarding the risk of protesting in public—were purely partisan and not based on scientific evidence. One scientific expert told the Times she was having a "hard time articulating" why she condemned anti-lockdown protests as irresponsible, but not the much larger protests following the death of G****e F***d. More than 1,300 public health officials endorsed those protests, arguing that r****m was an even greater threat than C****-**, or something like that.

Arguably an even greater threat to public health is the shamelessness of these scientists, who demand to be taken seriously yet are so blatantly beholden to the prevailing "wokeness" of our age.

Alina Chan, a postdoctoral associate at MIT and Harvard, told Yahoo! News the scientific community's previous assessment of the lab leak theory was based on little more than their belief that Trump was a r****t monster whose statements must be condemned, regardless of the facts.

Chan said there had been trepidation among some scientists about publicly discussing the lab leak hypothesis for fear that their words could be misconstrued or used to support r****t rhetoric about how the c****av***s emerged. Trump fueled accusations that the W***n Institute of V******y, a research lab in the city where the first C****-** cases were reported, was connected to the outbreak, and on numerous occasions he called the pathogen the "W***n v***s" or "kung flu."

"At the time, it was scarier to be associated with Trump and to become a tool for r****ts, so people didn't want to publicly call for an investigation into lab origins," she said.

There are a lot of cases where r**ting is allowable with no masks or social distancing because r**ting and i**********ns by demonrats supersedes the safety of masks and social distancing by non demorats. Take the fist fight with not 1 single gun found at the J****** 6th so called i**********n. Hundreds of people were arrested for just being shown on video to be near the Capitol building. No charges have been made but they still are in jails and some in solitary confinement. I think the feds are going to charge them with not masking up and not social distancing, a real crime according to the corrupt FBI. Now why would A****a, Black Lies Matter and the r****rs of the G****e F***d fiasco be allowed to get away with their crimes while wearing no masks and not social distancing and the mostly peaceful group at the Capitol be locked up for no masks and not social distancing??

This is strong evidence that "Trump Derangement Syndrome" is the Greatest Threat facing America today,

and quite possibly the Greatest Threat that America has Ever Faced.

Democrats must be purged from positions of power and influence everywhere, forever!

What evidence did trump have to support the lab leak theory? Even a broken clock is correct twice a day.

There is actually proof coming out that the FBI posed on line as i**********nists to target and talk some groups into showing up and causing harm. Would not be the first time they have started the actual problem. The FBI can no longer be trusted.

How lucky we are to have someone privy to all intelligence material in our midst. Of course you know everything Mr. Trump knew. Don't you ever die because we will be immediately doomed.

It's called circumstantial evidence.
..and it's IN YOUR FACE!
The lab in W***n was working with v***ses like C****-** for research.
Ground zero for the C****-** is W***n.
The Chinese government did withhold information.
A lab doctor died early in the time line.
Geez...need more?
You would have to be a garbage gobbling fool to think otherwise.
