iHeart Radio posted a job opening for a podcast editor/engineer that included the statement, "Diversity is incredibly important to our team and our company so we are looking at only diverse hires at this time." Since iHeart Radio also claims to be an “equal opportunity employer and will not tolerate discrimination in employment on the basis of race, color, age, sex, etc. etc. etc.,” saying you won’t let white people apply for a job seems rather hypocritical, not to mention illegal under federal law.
