Yep, I've been humiliated by Russians for my limited capacity to drink. They are fun though.

Best experience i had was on a 777 Houston to Singapore (24 hr) flight that stopped midway in Moscow to refuel, recrew and passenger changes. We took on about 30 Russian amateur soccer players with there wives headed to a tournament in Brisbane Australia. After three hours, of non-stop drinking (free on SIA) they were up in the aisles carrying on. First the stewardesses attempted to get them reseated, then the captain, without much success. Finally the captain come on the intercom and warned of turbulence ahead, everyone must return to seats and buckle up. They finally did listen when the pilot alternately dipped the wings back and forth simulating turbulence. It was hilarious!
