The deltoid muscles making spike protein? This is so stupid! Muscles don't make stuff, they contract, stupid! So you can move. I suggest you invest in any Anatomy texbook written in the last 20 years and read it.

Sorry, Peg, you got it all wrong. The m**A in the shots (P****r & M*****a) code for the proteins that form the spikes on the outside of the v***s, causing normal, healthy cells to produce those spikes. The i****e s****m then recognizes those as alien to your body and destroys them. The theory is that then the i****e s****m will be prepared for the real v***s.

Muscles do not make the protein for the spikes. The m**A makes the protein or more accurately stated, causes the cells to make the spikes. Almost all cells are able to manufacture vital proteins including muscle cells. The "v*****es" hijack the normal cells and force them to create the spikes for targeting by your i****e s****m.

JW, I have a degree in Biology. You don't. The m**A v*****e makes antibodies, not spike proteins. These attach to the outside of v***s, thus blocking their ability to infect cells, and mark them for death by our white blood cells.This is how v*****es work. This is the t***h, not some inane hypothesis by someone who doesn't have a logical bone in their body.
