The economies of rich countries will shrink by twice as much as they did in the C****-** crisis if they fail to tackle rising greenhouse gas emissions, according to research.

The G7 countries – the world’s biggest industrialised economies – will lose 8.5% of GDP a year, or nearly $5tn wiped off their economies, within 30 years if temperatures rise by 2.6C, as they are likely to on the basis of government pledges and policies around the world, according to research from Oxfam and the Swiss Re Institute.

The economies of G7 nations contracted by about 4.2% on average in the c****av***s p******c, and the economic losses from the climate crisis by 2050 would be roughly on the scale of suffering a similar crisis twice every year, according to the research. The UK’s economy would lose 6.5% a year by 2050 on current policies and projections, compared with 2.4% if the goals of the Paris climate agreement are met.

No doubt about it. We can trust these predictions ever bit as much as the ones that said the oceans would be devoid of life by 2000 and all coastal cities would be underwater by 2010 due to g****l w*****g. We must follow the science, as presented to us by such outstandingly accurate government appointed leaders as Dr. Fausci, and their surrogates, like Kevyn.

You have not read the Paris Agreement. If you had you would know it is bs. The only thing it does is send money to less developed countries as r********ns.

If the US became a ghost country tomorrow, it would not stop c*****e c****e or slow it down. You green lunatics would do well to get to work on water. We will die from no clean water long before c*****e c****e k**ls us.

We can do something about water. The contamination in our water probably is responsible for many of the insane ideas being promoted by the liberal/l*****t/c*******ts in addition to the routine historical rhetoric.

There's no need for you to worry about c*****e c****e.

Because you'll be dead soon and it won't matter at all.

So DON'T look both ways before crossing the street and most importantly always remember, " safety last ".

Kevyn is worried about flying sharks since he thinks the Sharknado series are documentaries.

Just because people are rich doesn't mean they know much about the economy .I would wonder what their real motive is for that statement .
