She's full of dumb ideas, but this one takes the cake.....What she actually suggested is spending some of the money that we currently spend on prisons on mental health care. The fact is that over half the people currently incarcerated suffer from mental illness. They get little or no treatment in prison. If they were cared for in the first place most would not end up locked up. Not only is her plan a good one, in the end it would save money reduce crime and improve people’s lives.

The vast majority of our prison population are also Democrats. Therefore, Mentally Ill must = Democrat.

Almost 15% of people on psychotropic drugs don't stay on them more than 3 to 6 months.They make them lathargic and numb emotionally thus why they work.
