I just got this in my e-mail. Thought you all might like to read it.

It's going to be interesting to see which way the wind blows on this one.

My guess is, the democrats will try and wiggle out of this in some manor or other.

Roger E.--

We are about to expose the hypocrisy behind the liberal witch-hunt against Rick Perry.

You see, the Conservative Action Fund just delivered a letter to Travis County District Attorney Rosemary Lehmberg - the Democrat District Attorney who refused to resign after her drunk-driving arrest and whose office is prosecuting Rick Perry for demanding she be held accountable - outlining evidence of another legislator acting in the exact same manner as Rick Perry.

The twist? This legislator who acted in the exact same manner as Rick Perry is top Democrat State Senator John Whitmire.

The ball is now in the Democrat District Attorney's court, and she only has three choices-

1) Prosecute both Perry and the Democrat Senator John Whitmire.

2) Refuse to prosecute Democrat Senator John Whitmire and force her to admit to being a hypocrite who is moving forward with a politically motivated prosecution simply to smear Rick Perry's good name.

3) Drop the politically motivated prosecution of Rick Perry.

Now that we've put the ball in the Democrats' court, we need to keep the pressure on them to expose the hypocrisy in their witch-hunt until they stop the politically motivated prosecution of Rick Perry.

But The Witch-Hunt Worked So Well Against Mrs. Palin.
No Indictments, No Offending Judgments.
Just Broke Them Financially. Punishment For Being Conservative.

Tort Reform Should Be:
File A Lawsuit, And Lose
The Offending Law Firm
Pays Everyone's Fees And Costs
