Yes, she told me the same as I was telling her of our housing market.. Same with offers too, but well over asking and sold literally in a day.. Hell, deb, they are asking to buy your home not even up for sale!! Swear, its in our news everyday.. my neighbor put their house up on the market and it sold in three days. During that open house I literally had two people ask if I would like to sell my home, first if it was up for sale and when I said no, was asked what I’d like to sell it for? I told them no I love where I live and I’m not about to pay ridiculous money just to get into another house...And I am not the only one.. I’m going to tell you the housing market is going to have such a bubble crash soon enough, it’s California all over again. And now that we have the same players in our Oval office and federal level positions just give it a little time, you know what I’m talking about!

Just look at it this way if you’re going to wait a couple years your house will be worth even more although so may the purchase price on another home. Catch 22 isn’t it?

I would love to come out to see you! My friend (since 2nd grade) and I were talking about taking a 3 month road trip next summer, too🌺
The issue with 2 years is really more about school for the kids than cost. My granddaughter won't be starting until Sept 2023, my grandson in 2025, so that gives some breathing space. They do NOT want them in public school here in Illinois, and with the $1200 a month in property taxes here can't really afford to pay for 2 kids in parochial. So...its a little wait😁 If we crash (as I also think will happen) it pretty much doesn't matter where anybody is, and seeing as, even with a downturn, I don't see them going upside down, it may be better for them on the buy side. 😁

Same here. I was canceled in January and it really ticked me off, because it was uncalled for. So I took a several month break. Only to come back to hear we'd lost Pennylynn, Bahmer and Don D.😪

Colorado on your route. There is so much here to see you will not regret it...I will make sure of that.I’ll take you to some springs where the water is literally intoxicating. You’ll get out of it feeling like you’re walking on clouds not need conditioner for your hair your skin will just go listen and if you want I’ll even get a massage, right there at the natural spring...my treat

I know all about the Illinois school system. My sister had three in elementary and middle school and my gosh the tales she could tell me...I remember when Rahm tried to force The teachers into Rosen salaries, more time in school etc. Boy he sure lost his butt on that one, just like you did with the police department... Try cutting their benefits and screw around with their retirement funds what a POS he was and still is....

But telling me what you have I perfectly understand why you want to wait, an excellent move in more ways than just one~~
