123 mass shootings over a period of 39 years averages out to 3 mass shooting per year.

Last time I looked, YOU were the one ranting about a lack of gun laws, and when asked what sort of solution you would suggest, crickets. Mass shootings are a tiny fraction of shootings. Almost all of them occur in Democrat run cities.
