The case was presented to the court in Aug 2020 well before Biden stomped a new mud hole in the Cheeto Faced S**tgibbon. How do you figure that it is somehow a “slap down” for Biden?

I suppose you think this effects Biden’s suggestion that people in emotional crisis temporarily be separated from their firearms, it doesn’t. Let me explain, if you have difficulty understanding ask a grown up read this to you and explain it. All this decision determined is that this search required a warrant / court order. Biden’s proposed policy would require a court order anyway not simply the action of police so the SC ruling has no effect at all on that policy. I hope this clears this up for you.
