If they want to be athletes they should participate with the sex of their birth. No one has the right to win, just fair competition among their physical peers.
I was a lousy childhood athlete. A runner and a diver and consistent last place. I never asked to compete with girls so I might beat someone. I competed with myself in the company of better athletes. I'm still going at 80 and they long since quit. Close to last all the time again. But still trying. That is what these t******s need to do. Compete with boys, even if it is the third level team. Compete for fun, but don't move to a lesser league or class and beat the hell out of the opposition with some unfair advantage and win all the medals.
