That isn't germane. If you are trying to understand the disease, you need to find the cause, not just treat the symptoms. In the case of fearing 'outsiders', you need to look at a baby's sequence of reactions. Start where there are no preconceptions. The initial animal response is 100% limbic but within a year (socialization within its own group) the child opens up to strangers and then evolves per the opening posting.
As for me, I do have an estimation of groups, (may be right or wrong) but no preconceptions of individuals whom I have never met. If the individual appears to match my personal stereotype, I assign him to the stereotype and wait for future confirmation/contradiction, reacting accordingly in the interim.
