He should be real careful with that or he may very well exclude himself when he gets declared mentally incompetent because of his job with too much for him to handle as we see every day now... (sarcasm off)

If an employee is injured on the job then he should be entitled to full benefits until he’s able to either return or have to retire because of that injury. That simple, no exceptions. Employers pay hefty Workmen’s Compensation premiums and insurance companies take that money and run with it. If they wind up having to pay other people injured well that’s the risk they took in charging those excessive premiums to the employer to begin with!!!

Its not governments responsibility to define how much an injured employee is compensated, its the Insurance company that is pushing government to set safety measures in place for them so they don’t have to pay out so much... Let’s call a spade a spade and not beat around the bush in this proposal!

When a workers comp Dr. clears you to go back to work, your benefits stop, whether you go back to work or not.
