Perhaps you should be asking yourself why Democrat controlled cities consistently employ such Thugs and Brutes,
and GOONS!
Good cops need to be supported, bad cops need to go. And if they egregiously violate civil rights or rush to escalate nothing situations, they need to face criminal investigations, and possibly civil penalties. But to repeat, good cops need to be supported.
