I'll say it again the courts have defined human life beginning at birth. When the individual is separate from the mother. Still waiting for an answer for the response to the above post from you in reference to my question about , If a murderer or drink driver k**ls a mother carrying a a unborn child , why is it that often times they are charged with 2 count's of murder if you say the courts ruled life doesn't begin until birth ?

Probably because it was in the process of developing into a baby, that was the choice of the mother and when someone else caused it's death and terminated the continued growth, the drunk driver took that "decided" choice to have a baby away from the mother who had decided to grow a human being and therefore did k**l her future child.

But how could that even be possible when you clearly stated the courts ruled life does not begin until the baby is born ? That makes absolutely no sense to what you said the courts ruled for ?
