More entitlement and abuse of power from right wing people embedded in law enforcement and public employment. Employers make it clear during orientation to any position...no personal use of electronics, we are told that use is monitored. Some people, though, seem to believe that any mandates are not meant for them.
It seems that some of them have been caught out in that disregard and just can't see that it is theft of resources that belong to others. So we end up with this.

Those munis/businesses that don't understand the error of their employees ways may need to hear from taxpayers and consumers.
