Multiple people have been shot at a Fedex facility in Indianapolis and the suspected gunman k**led himself, police have said. A witness who said he works at the facility told WISH-TV that he saw a man with a gun after hearing several gunshots.
“I saw a man with a submachine gun of some sort, an automatic rifle, and he was firing in the open,” Jeremiah Miller said.

You can't lock an entire country down for a year and not expect people to snap. Some people have lost everything...they are angry, frustrated, in despair and feeling hopeless. They've lost their businesses, homes, families, freedom. No wonder they are snapping...It's time for people to become armed and prepare to defend themselves - it's getting too dangerous to go anywhere unarmed these days.
It's too bad there wasn't someone there who was armed who could have k**led this guy before he did so much damage.

I believe you have jumped the gun, ya Hoplophobic wuss, witnesses under duress are notoriously unreliable in providing accurate accounts of what they saw. Assuming a witness statement is a credible report of facts is foolish.
I don't believe Jeremiah Miller saw a man with a submachine gun, I believe he saw a man with a semi-automatic gun of some sort, and the only reason you could call it an "assault weapon" is that he used it to assault some people.
If the shooter had had a submachine gun, he would either have had to hold a valid Class 3 FFL, or he would have been in illegal possession of a restricted NFA firearm.
And I reckon the number of people shot would have been higher.

I did not see any article where the man said that. He is quoted in two articles as saying he saw a man with a gun.
It is bad enough people got k**led, hurt, but you sickos are more intent on injecting “sub machine gun, automatic rifle”.

A nut with a too easy to obtain assault weapon.

It was a quote from a witness in an article in the guardian.

We will see, the only legal description of an assault weapon is that in the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994. I am pretty sure the weapon used will meet that description.

The "Guardian"? Now there's a reliable rag.

Kevy, stop the assault rifle b.s. Just admit you want guns confiscated. The 1994 law writers were just as stupid as the current bunch of Betos.
When you people get these imaginary assault rifles banned, you will start shouting revolvers & pistols k**led more people than assault rifles so they must be banned, then you will go British & ban knives.
I truly wish every single one of you were given AR 15’s & sent to fight in Afghanistan, Iraq, Yemen, or invade Iran, North Korea, China, Russia, Venezuela, Cuba.
I expect even Woody would not give you good odds on success.
Being ignorant of what you are talking about, especially when it is so easily corrected, pretty much makes any other agendas you have suspect.
The Guardian is right up there with Yoo-hoo in validity. You might as well quote any of the satire sites, they are more entertaining.

Most firearms are dark in color.

You're correct about the reliability of witnesses to provide accurate descriptions of weapons, but insulting kevyn solves nothing. What kevyn posted was pretty accurate. The shooter used an assault rifle as has been reported by all major news outlets.

What does fighting in the middle east have in common with a mass shooting in Indianapolis? You think it would be better if everyone had access to Uzis or AK-47s? Btwb this assault lasted 1 or 2 minutes. It's reported the shooter didn't get inside the shipping facility.

IMO, the gun doesn't matter....it's the finger of the person that pulls the trigger that does.
