There is a simple statistic that is difficult to dispute. Black men who are not armed or attacking anyone in interactions with the police are three times more likely to be shot by police then white men in similar interactions.

Black men also commit most of the violent crime in this country. This is not because black men are subhuman. This is because for decades their Democrat city councils, Mayors & governors have created a victim mentality to farm them for v**es & given just enough in handouts to keep them alive yet have robbed them of the dignity of providing for themselves & their families.
Then you have the “well meaning” white progressives who think black people aren’t capable of getting their IDs & treat them as children.

And most of that crime is committed against other black people. Nearly 700 b****s k**led by other b****s last year alone in one city, Chicago. St Louis is just as bad if not worse. And you know what the difference is? The w****s that get shot are what is termed righteous shootings, there was a threat to life, a weapon was involved. According to my sources in law enforcement, B****s, when stopped for a traffic citation or for an arrest warrant, are much MUCH more likely to resist arrest, or even pull a weapon. It is (apparently) a result of an environment (parents and family and friends) teaching black kids that the police are BAD and should always be fought or fled from. Wh**ever the cause, this makes officers jumpy and nervous when taking such actions, and that can lead to accidents. Especially when far FAR more police officers are attacked by b****s than there are b****s attacked by rogue police.
None of the above justifies a horrible mistake like grabbing a pistol rather than a tasar. If that is indeed what happened, the officer needs to be fired and the family compensated, as though money could ever do so. AFTER due process has been acted on. But r**ts are stupid and useless, leading to more deaths, injuries, and costs.

Let's face it dude, it happens across the races and would never happen at all if people wouldn't resist. Cop says out of the car. Get out of the car. Cop says raise your hands, raise your hands. In the case you are citing was there resistance by the one shot?????? If so, why??

A police study actually showed that the police are far more likely to proceed with "proper" caution if the perp is a black guy because of the optics involved.

Making a habit of walking alone late at night is a very bad idea. In some areas more so than others, but it is NEVER a GOOD idea.
Likewise with resisting a police officer. And that includes verbally resisting him!
If a cop pulls me over, by the time he gets to me my window is open and both hands are on the top of the steering wheel. If he says exit the vehicle, I do so carefully and keep my hands visible. If he asks me questions, I am polite and respectful and answer t***hfully. If one ever tells me to hop like a frog and bark like a dog, I may ask him to repeat it so that I can do the task correctly. I am not subservient by nature, but the big man has got a radio, a tasar, a loaded weapon, and a substantial amount of authority. If he accuses me of robbing a bank, or any other crime, I will simply ask for a lawyer.
Such actions are not kowtowing or humbling myself to the cop. They are smart, wise, common sense ways to keep a potentially dangerous situation CALM and safe. Doing anything else is the equivalent of walking down a dark alley at 1 am with $100 bills h*****g out of my pockets, and it does not matter in the slightest what color my skin happens to be.
