You clearly don't understand that wypipo (white people) that come into mostly Black neighborhoods are strangers. That said, a white woman could be a social worker. Reginald Denny was beaten..his head was bashed in with a chunk of concrete and caught the ricochet of shotgun pellets in the face...Was NOT Prowling....he was working and supporting his family.

I live in a 93.5% white town...the b****s who live here aren't in danger walking or riding their bicycles or grocery shopping or playing at the park or any other thing....point...match!

Can't resist. South St.Pete is rather dark. I go there for barbecue. Don't feel real welcome. Don't care. Black people come to my office, white neighborhood. I'm fine with it. No American should have to worry about walking around in any neighborhood, such as Portland and Minnesota areas. Unfortunately everything is about race because you and your ilk are willing dupes. Now; go back to trolling.

I will concede, barbecue can be the great uniter..

Can not speak for Portland, while I have not been on a walk about in Mpls for years, I do not think the bad areas vs the good areas have changed much..

do you consume that barbecue in the dark of night?? most any area is safe in the light of day.. Most cities have some area which is not safe after dark..

Like cockroaches, the hood come out after dark..

I do recall that back in the day when I first moved to Mpls, we avoided the river flats.. full of Poles and Fin landers, also the near north side, although we did walk over to watch some of those great horror movies in the 50s..

then for a short time the west bank area was a problem even with U of MN building over much of it . including those "flats"..

The west bank, does include the high rises on Cedar Ave which have become notorious, so perhaps they would be included by you and a stay away area..

So the beat goes on.. same problems.. are they growing? Maybe if you live in them but for us up in Gods country, not so much..

I am a strong advocate of common sense when living in a dangerous area.. Leave...
