Refugees need our help, here is a great way to do so.
The "humanitarian crises" is our current administration.

Doctors Without Borders is an amazing organization that provides medical care in war zones, disaster areas and places of impoverishment around the world.
. MSF teams have been providing medical and mental health care to migrants and refugees along the migration routes through Mexico since January 2013. From 2015 to late 2019, we have provided more than 42,000 medical consultations and more than 11,000 mental health consultations for migrants, refugees, asylum seekers, and deportees in Mexico. Many of our patients need mental health support due to the significant stresses related to conditions in their home countries as well as on the run. Treatment for women often includes medical and psychosocial care for victims of sexual violence. Teams provide primary care as well as treatment for acute and chronic diseases whenever possible.
MSF’s direct experience on the ground points to a broader humanitarian crisis in Central America. Despite the catastrophic conditions in the region, the US and Mexico generally treat people from the Northern Triangle as economic migrants, and have focused efforts on detention and deportation rather than on providing protection and support. MSF is calling on the US and Mexico to provide humane treatment to all refugees, asylum-seekers, and migrants and to stop deportations of vulnerable people back to a dangerous region.
More then half million homeless Americans, over 100, 000 of those part of a family, 400,000 foster kids, another 100,000 waiting for adoption. Those are the numbers we know. If we aren't feeding our own, sheltering our own, protecting our own " why are we taking on more"? "Is this about perception"? How do the hungry American children feel when they're left to fend for themselves as we embrace others countries people? What are we telling them, you're not important? How bout we clean up our own backyard first?

When you donate, they send you a thank you/reminder to consider them again tote bag. I get a bunch of them, just to keep reminding me. They make great "go bags," to stuff with toiletries, gloves, masks, hand sanitizer and clean socks..
Stuff my tenderhearted son who has been briefly homeless due to illness, learned can be helpful. We hand them to panhandlers or parking lot beggars. Sometimes throw in a candy bar, a can of soup or a stack of Pringles chips...

As the most blessed and prosperous nation on earth, why can't we get our collective asses in gear and do both?
Perhaps as soon as we get rid of GOP congressmen and State officials cooperating in vacationing with, trafficking and buying sexual favors from children rather than serving humanitarian needs of contituents.

Those doctors without borders go to poor countries in dire need of medical care. It has nothing to do with millions of i******s coming to the US to invade this country, and to spread diseases.
Every country has sovereign rights. Ours was removed by Biden to increase the numbers of the LEFT followers for power control, and to destroy this country. A prior goal of Obama to level the plain field, for the "hopes he could believe in".
For March 2021, there were more than 180,000 illegal adults who invaded the US, and 20,000 plus minors dumped by the parents so they could follow later. They allowed their kids to be abused, raped, and sold for human trafficking . Then ICE is required to baby sit them. US taxpayers, pay massive amount to maintain these 180,000 adults and 20,000 kids. We taxpayers, spend millions of dollars daily.
Biden locks up our kids from schools. Biden allows these hundreds of i******s to spread C***d19, while Biden locks up the citizens, and businesses of our country who pay taxes while he abuses us.
Biden requires C***d19 tests for our people to travel, while he allows hundreds of thousands of i******s to come, and spread v***s to us. This is in addition to other communicable diseases i******s spread.
Biden prefers to prioritize i******s for giving the medical care instead of the us the taxpayers who pay and enable him to run this country.
Biden reduced budget for our National Defense while China has been empowering their military all over the world.
Fact of the matter is, I THINK Biden was not even elected by the majority of the American people but took the presidency by massive e******n f***d, undertaken by the LEFT.

MSF deployed medical workers briefly in the USA to assist with C***d ** relief efforts, but have since been able to return those efforts and programs to local sources.

The one’s who support this madness are a liability to us and our way of life... they will be dealt with severely for giving safe quarter.
They aren’t coming though Ellis Island where Lady Liberty stands. “ bring your huddled masses of sex traffickers, drug smugglers and criminals yearning to plague its tempid population”. There’s a process and not a free for all.

A meth pipe can be therapudic but I don't think it qualifies as medical equipment

Yes, the surge of undocumented immigrants overburdens our immigration officials, our welfare programs, our law enforcement people, etc.
However, there comes a time when we need to surrender our conservative logic to the Divine Mercy of God, and trust in Divine Providence to strengthen our country by our charitable acts. When it comes to helping our suffering neighbors, the Christian way is to freely give without measure.
Jesus, I trust in You 🙏
