There are elements that would use our Supreme Court for selfish biased interests verging on treason in an effort to try and make America, a l*****t dictatorship, embracing fully into Socialism, that will eventually verge into a C*******t State. One of their attacks is on the Supreme Court. They wish to pack the court with new Justices buying into their excessive ideology. They would do this by expanding the members until they have enough to rule.
Nine is a large enough number to allow for diversity of thought (not the diversity of pigment, or c********es, or sexual interests). There is absolutely zero evidence that a larger court would produce better results. Just a sick opportunity by would be dictators to pack the court to guarantee biased, harmful, sick results.
They would also create Term Limits to get rid of the Justices that are more aligned with a free Constitutional state and then also keep these new judges rotating out, so they can keep appointing Justices that meet their evolving l*****t ideology. The law and justice be damned.
The Supreme Court is like a rock that holds the roots of the greatest nation on earth, if we can keep it so. It keeps us holding on to a fair and true, free society, with a stable base, and the potential to grow to ever greater heights. But only if we hold onto the strengths of out founders. Checks and balances and the rule of law. Limited Government allowing the people to be free from their oppression and the oppression of outsiders. So, what is this government ruled by the greatest Constitution ever written. Let us look at is as a great tree. Its roots are deeply dug into the crevices of this mighty rock (The Supreme Court) holding it up for it to grow tall and strong
The People act like leaves in a tree, coming and going and swaying with every little breeze and opinion, reaching for the sun or soaking up the rain.
The House of Representatives acts like the branches, swaying in the varying winds of the day and pulled along with the leaves. It sways with the constantly changing breezes of public opinion of the moment.
The Senate should act like the trunk of the tree and afford stability to the varying swaying of public opinion and the rashness of the changing thoughts of the day, and the excesses of the House of Representatives.
The Supreme Court is the roots clinging to rocky and firm, nourishing soil, that keep it all in place, and changes slowly over time, and proven changes in the conditions, with history and independent thought, and conservative, (As in slow moving and not totally what the Conservative movement of today is.) judgment based on a long history of laws, and the judgments of their predecessors, and the leaders, and judgments of centuries of time.
The Constitution is that nourishing soil full or rocks for stability like the Ten Commandments, the Magna Carta, and strong families, and nutrients of faith and e******y and trust as in indisputable God given Rights, enumerated in the Bill of Rights. These are irrefutable and the greatest basis of out freedoms
The President is like the gardener (Hopefully?) nurturing the tree.
The gardener should never be an erratic tree trimer, like stifling and cutting one type of leaves over the other, (As all people are created equal within this country) letting all healthy leaves grow from the potential bud, (Fetus) to the bud, (Child) to the full leaf, (Adult citizen reaching their full potential) and on to its natural life in the fall of its time, (The senior citizen enjoying the final years in safety and security of the free society he created, on to a death with dignity.)
He should protect the tree from excessive winds and rain or storms if possible, (Like criminals, murderers terrorists, spies and those that would conquer the free society) and against infestation or mold, (Like C*******ts and N**is and those that would indoctrinate, or brainwash, or compel to perform outrageous acts against the free society) that the tree can grow to its natural potential.
He should never be one who tries to over water the tree, (as in to many uncontrolled welfare programs and over regulations and other government interference in the growth of a free society) that would tend to cause rot within the whole tree.
He should always make sure the he doesn't let it go under watered, (as in insufficient help for those that really need it and can't help themselves, or insufficient regulations that allow for elements to injure the people, or the freedom of the people to grow to their potential and be free, or the right of the parents to ensure the sufficient and free schooling of their children, or the free exercise of their religion.) to prevent the tree from starving from within of the inability to grow all parts of the tree equally.
He should make sure the tree gets normal, natural fertilization, (As in the freedom to develop its own natural resources as it can for optimal growth) and not toxic chemicals that cause unnatural growth, (Like the imports that stifle our own abilities to grow on our own, within our own abilities) or starves one side of the tree over the other side, (As in favoring the left over the right or the right over the left to take care of one political party or ideology over the other, which stifles natural full equal growth) which leads to an unbalanced tree that won't grow straight to its full potential.
He should allow for the natural recycling of the falling leaves to gather at the base of the tree to naturally fertilize the tree and only adding enough external natural fertilizer from outside sources as in necessary to continue a slow controlled growth to the trees full potential (Immigrants coming through our front door, and actually coming to help our country, and assimilate in its natural growth, as a part of the whole) And not excessive unnatural fertilizer and full of insects that suck the life out of a weakened tree. (Uncontrolled i*****l i*********n of people that want the benefits but not necessarily offering the work ethic, that makes a country great. And no intention to actually be a part of the countries core, or assimilate into its society.)
He should always trying to make sure it gets adequate sun for optimal growth, and ensuring the sun does not favor one side over the other side as in favoring the rising sun over the setting sun (As in favoring the emerging youth, over the aging people that managed the growth so far) so that the tree grows strong and straight. (And a free country strong and protective of all the free people within.)
He should make sure of adequate protections from those that would wrongly seek to trim or chop down the tree, (As foreign adversaries who would interfere in the growth of the country of try to conquer it with outside attacks and attacks from within) or stifle its natural growth to its full potential. (Excessive imports stifling our own growth and productivity, or interfering with our ruling society and e******ns, or importing drugs and criminals.)
Right now I see a very troubled gardener who can't figure out what he is holding, a rake or a hoe, a shears or a chain saw, natural fertilizer or Roundup. He thinks he is helping but he is planning on turning this flourishing tree into a telephone pole with him, a dictator, on top. Unfortunately on his back like a post turtle. Freedom will be eroded as fast as possible while the sheep are turned into the worst part of our history, s***es. And the opposition that just wants freedom and a safe place to raise a family, get a job and be free, are labeled t*****rs by those that are the real t*****rs. He would do this by digging away at that rock that holds us together, the Supreme Court, and pack it through expansion, and term limits and picks for their identity, and not their legal knowledge and fairness. He would tax our corporations to the point that they leave, as before, enriching our adversaries and friends while impoverishing our workers. But you have a new, enhanced minimum wage to replace that great wage you used to have, if you can get a job away from an illegal invader, living on welfare you can't get. If you don't like it, tough. You won't be able to fight back as he will slowly, and finally swiftly, erode your right to protect yourself with weapons, and move in and confiscate your weapons, and jail you or ens***e you in the factories of his friends. He and his friends will dine on steak and lobster and caviar while you will get franks and beans and the franks will be made of soy. You will ride a bus or walk, while they will still have limousines with armed security to take them to their walled community.
Will all of this happen this year. No. But his brain is half fried and he won't know it. The post turtle. harris will take over and be even more vicious as she cackles and laughs at every rare interview.
