I won't be surprised if this isn't called for by one of the progressives i***ts. There was a shooting today committed by an X NFL football player. Adams (the player) forced his way into a neighbors house and k**led five people then himself later. His parents said he'd been hit to many times in his 5 year NFL career.
When will progressives call for a law outlawing guns if you were or are a Football player? Personally I believe if the one of the victims had been armed they may still be alive. Apparently Adams forced his way in. A shot between the eyes to him is better than a doorstop.

I agree--My wife was recently threatened by a bad actor in the neighborhood and she did not tell me. Yesterday this same pile of garbage approached me in a wheel chair. I asked him what happened not knowing what he a done to my wife. He said he just had hip surgery. He then proceeded to tell me to tell my wife if she ever came to his door again he was going to have her arrested. Naturally I immediately saw red . I jumped all over him about the traffic at his house and the noisy cars revving motors for hours in the middle of the night and how I had called police on him several times. So he said F you too Tom. I told him when he was out of his wheelchair we would see about that and I told him I would tear him apart. He scurried back to his place and I went in to tell my wife what just happened. That's when she told me a few days before there was yelling and screaming and a car tearing up and down the road so she went down to tell them to knock it off. He was in his house telling her He had a gun several times, If I had known that he would have been punished. Now I know I have an i***t with a gun 2 doors down from me that the police will do nothing about.

What did the police say when you told them he threatened your wife with a firearm? In some states that can be considered assault and result in charges, depending on the specifics and the bad guys legal history.

This is just a case to outlaw guns, not outlaw them for ex-football players...

Peter, since we are both apparently awake right now (I was woken up by a painful leg cramp---terrible way to get jerked awake!), but since we are here, I have a question. I asked it of Moldyoldy, and did not get an answer.
Random attacks are happening more and more often. So are home invasions. What do you plan to do if someone comes crashing into your home? How do you plan on protecting your family and yourself? Or are you? Some people depend on the bad guys just wanting their stuff, and hope that if they do not resist they will not harm them. What are YOUR plans, if you do not mind my asking.
I am not trying to be confrontational......I really would like to know your thoughts.

Tom lives in Oregon, where coastal Liberals think that police, rather than criminals are the problem. It sounds like in this case they really are; not because of what they do, but because of what they don't do. Oregon has such screwy laws, they may not be allowed to do anything.

His method of self defense involves two options. The first is hiding under the bed and frantically dialing 911. The second is groveling and begging the invaders.

Why wait till he's out of the chair? People who threaten unarmed women don't exactly deserve a break.

Ah! OK, thanks! I appreciate the information. I wish I had an easy solution to offer him. There is absolutely no doubt that some people should NOT be allowed to have weapons. The problem is identifying them and using due process to remove the threat, and do so WITHOUT infringing on law abiding citizen's rights. I have no ready solution, other than to say that I recognize bad and unworkable "solutions" when they are proposed.

My wife did not call the police and neither have I. Several calls have been made on this joker by several of the neighbors and so far the police are "investigating" His landlord can't get rid of him and his low life "friends" because of c***d. I have to maintain the road so for now I will be wearing my side arm and I will use it.

No he doesn't but even though he is larger and 25 years younger I can still thrash him to the point where he will rue the day he was born . If I had known he had threatened my wife at the time I would have tipped his wheelchair over and left him there

It appears that some people shouldn't possess firearms.
