Putin is too reserved to be baited by Biden but he does understand how perceptions shape public opinion.

They use them only in Ukrainian airspace. We can also provide anti aircraft missiles. The Turks downed the latest Russian fighter with our Cold War leftovers. They had to tow home their only joke of an aircraft carrier. Their is no way they will use nukes except to defend an attack on Russia itself.
