Sonny Magoo Loc: Where pot pie is boiled in a kettle

A long time friend who has become a widower, recently started coming to church where I worship and study.
Our small group of disciples which he has joined with is reading certain books of the Bible, over and over again each week for several weeks. Our latest book is "Esther". In this story the captured and mostly assimilated Jews are threatened with extinction because of failure to complete God's bidding in the past.
In the end, the plot is reversed and the Jews are saved...but my friend is bewildered by the Jewish retaliation, and their k*****g of thousands.
I said to him, "That's the way of the world before JESUS and his death and resurrection.
We didn't k**l all the Germans and Japanese after winning the war.
We didn't k**l all the Indians.
We didn't k**l the Spanish living in California or Texas.
That is the affect of the CROSS on civilization.
Oh that's ancient times you're comparing you say?
Tell that to the millions of dead Russians after Godless Stalin.
Tell that to the millions of dead Chinese after Godless Mao.
The people who h**e Christians, really don't know what they are doing.
