But if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck then does it mater if it's a mallard or a wood? What we have a few hundred miles south of my home is an open border for all intents and purposes no matter what you want to call it.
Like the homeless nonsense in San Francisco. They are no longer enforcing the laws regarding public lewdness and shoplifting. Does that mean that the criminals are not criminals? No, it does not. It simply means they are criminals that are not being apprehended or punished. Likewise the border. If most people can come across, and stay here, then it is an open border. That is what is happening.

The democrat party attracts and embraces leaders who think they know best, and think they should be empowered to make decisions for every one else. They see everything through those lenses, and assume the same characteristics in others. That is why they are so positive that Trump wanted to be a dictator. And that is also why the majority of them believe the end justifies the means, and that everything that is not forbidden should be mandatory. My opinion is that it may be a kind of mental disorder. i wish it were a benign one.

I have been discussing with a psychologist friend.... his take was that people can’t stand to be alone with themselves.... need a constant distraction so they have to have something to fight about. He said in 40 years he has never seen so many miserable people demanding that he fix their problems.
