Thank You trashbaum... Just a personal decision to use the same tactics the big corporations/sponsors etc are using against you and I in their cancel culture arena.. First and foremost politics don’t belong in the game(s).. Enough is dealt with in the true business end of it all.. Secondly they made a choice so they can now live with it, consequence and all just like they did to their fans or customers as it relates Coke...They called it, they own it..

The Left and their media allies have used the new Georgia e******n law (SB 202) signed into law last week as a pretext for their e******n takeover with HR. 1, leaning heavily on misconceptions, half-t***hs, and flat-out lies about the bill to make their case for a massive federal takeover of state e******n systems. Here are the facts:

Myth 1: The Georgia e******n law discourages v****g/suppresses v**es

FACT: The bill actually preserves or expands b****t access in several important ways: It requires that large precincts with lines more than an hour long take steps like adding v****g machines and e******n personnel for the next e******n to reduce wait times. It does not change the number of total early v****g days, and actually increases the mandatory days of early weekend v****g. Compared to 2020, 134 of 159 counties will offer more early v****g hours in future e******ns under the new law. It codifies e******n drop boxes, which did not exist prior to 2020. V**ers can continue to v**e absentee with no excuse(unlike states like Delaware, New York, and Connecticut, which require an excuse to v**e absentee).

Myth 2: The Georgia law eliminates v****g on Sunday to suppress African-American v**es

FACT: Georgia law was silent on Sunday early v****g days prior to SB 202, and in 2020 only 16 of 159 counties offered early v****g on Sundays. The new law explicitly provides the option of holding early v****g on two Sundays for all localities. It actually increases the mandatory days of early weekend v****g across the state.

Myth 3: The Georgia e******n law suppresses the v**e with onerous v**er ID requirements

FACT: The law requires a driver’s license or free state ID number, which 97% of registered v**ers already have. Anyone without a valid ID can easily obtain one for free. The v**er ID requirement replaces the state’s controversial signature match program that led to the disqualification of thousands of v**es in 2020.

The law’s v**er ID requirement for absentee b****ts is overwhelmingly popular in Georgia across the board. According to an AJC poll in January, 74% of Georgia v**ers support it, including 63% of black v**ers, and 89% of those making under $25K/year.

Myth 4: The bill eliminates drop boxes for absentee v****g

FACT: The drop boxes used in the last e******n did not exist a year ago. They were first utilized in 2020 as a p******c precaution. This bill makes them an official part of Georgia e******ns, and they will be available in all 159 counties in Georgia and under supervision to protect against tampering.

Myth 5: The bill lets Republicans throw out any county v**es they don’t agree with

FACT: The bipartisan State E******n Board can do performance reviews of local e******n supervisors who fail their area’s v**ers with things like long lines and unfulfilled absentee b****t requests. The board will not overturn e******n results; the law simply provides a process to review and ensure officials are technically competent and complying with state laws and regulations . This process requires a high burden of proof over multiple e******ns, and the State E******ns Board may only suspend up to four e******n supervisors at any given time, which guards against using this process to try to influence e******n outcomes.

Myth 6: The bill bans drinking water for v**ers while waiting in line

FACT: Like the countless other states that have very specific laws against e******neering near polling places, Georgia has codified rules preventing political groups from handing out food or water to v**ers in line as an incentive to v**e, but specifically allows poll workers to make water available to anyone who wants it. The law will also directly cut down wait times, meaning refreshment for people waiting in line will be less necessary.
