If he had a knife a tazer with a jacket on is pretty useless. Wish they'd remove taxers from cops and put it back in grandma's hand.

When your kids misbehave it is your job as parents to make them mine and if you don't, when they become 18 then the State Prison system will do it for you but, it is to late.

Parents today are parents but friends, little buddy or princess. One of my kids did this with a boy and now their in the middle of straightening it out. We both told him four years ago it needed to stop and he finally see's the mistake.
