What Obama should know

If Obama was qualified for the job he holds he'd know that what he calls "economic patriotism" is what the legal system calls actionable malfeasance in performing fiduciary responsibilities.

Corporate officials, including board members, are required by law to put their personal emotions aside and make decisions as fiduciaries for the benefit of stockholders. For them to minimize return to stockholders based on their personal preferences over the clear benefit of who they represent, they are subject to both criminal and civil actions. I can see where community organizers might not know that, but alleged intellectual law professors surely should.

Thank you for posting this. I new they had this fiduciary responsibility but many liberals just don't care what the laws are if the scenario doesn't fit in their wheel house.

Hey dufus, the U.S. is not a corporation. President Obama is not a CE0. He is the duly elected (twice) leader of our nation and commander in chief......not some douchebag corporate honcho. You like the idea of someone who is a politician and a corporate douchebag....then Dick Cheney is your man. The majority of the rest of us prefer someone like our current president.

Go to the personal insult, ignore what I said, offer up a straw man - mindless liberal training at work.
